Lattakia'sTarweaa Musbahah is a Levantine appetizer dish consisting of boiled whole chickpeas mixed with hummus with tahini and lemon juice. It is decorated with olive oil, parsley, cumin and a spicy green jalapeno sauce which is called (Daqqa) it comes beside. It differs from hummus with tahini in that the chickpeas remain whole in Musabahah while hummus with tahini is pureed and smooth.
